- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI outputs on contract drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, compliance, and lifecycle management; evaluating AI responses for legal realism and logic; drafting realistic contract scenarios from direct experience; creating stakeholder-perspective variations; and identifying gaps or flaws in AI-generated content.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior contract manager, legal operations specialist, agreements consultant, or similar professional background
- • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- • Several years of hands-on contract management or legal operations experience in complex or high-volume environments
- • Strong ability to assess contract logic, soundness, and practical implementation
- • Comfortable providing clear, structured feedback and working independently
- • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with near-term availability
