  • • Handle inbound calls from restaurants across Lithuania and Poland to resolve ordering, delivery, and account-related issues with clear and effective solutions
  • • Conduct outbound calls to newly registered restaurants with high daily interest, using a structured cadence of calls, emails, and WhatsApp to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days
  • • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue by promoting additional products or services relevant to restaurant customers
  • • Manage written communication channels including claim submissions, reviews, and registrations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, logistics, and claims teams to ensure seamless information flow and customer issue resolution
  • • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status using CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
  • • Drive customer retention by building strong relationships through proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented service
  • • Work within CET time zone to align with operational hours and customer support needs across Lithuania, Poland, and Germany
  • • Operate in a high-volume, target-driven environment with measurable KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and onboarding speed
  • • Balance multiple customer accounts simultaneously while prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining quality service standards
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for restaurant clients, representing Saltz’s brand through professional, clear, and consistent communication
  • • Utilize knowledge of restaurant industry needs to provide informed advice on product selection, delivery timelines, and ordering processes
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes by sharing feedback and observations from frontline interactions
  • • Ensure compliance with internal protocols for claims handling, customer data management, and communication standards
  • • Support the expansion of Saltz’s market presence in Lithuania, Poland, and Germany by delivering exceptional onboarding and post-sale experiences
  • • Maintain a high level of organization and discipline in managing daily workflows, lead tracking, and follow-up tasks
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and platform updates as Saltz scales its marketplace operations across Europe
  • • Work remotely from anywhere within the EU, with a commitment to reliable connectivity and availability during CET business hours

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach, preferably in high-volume call environments
  • • Native or C1-level proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Polish
  • • Strong phone presence with persuasive communication and objection-handling skills
  • • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
  • • Results-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple leads/accounts simultaneously under targets
  • • Comfort with multi-attempt outbound cadences and target-oriented performance expectations
