Your ability to communicate with empathy, authenticity, and efficiency will be paramount in building strong, lasting relationships with our clientele.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to managing the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for the seamless processing of orders, meticulous tracking of shipments, and efficient handling of returns, leveraging key platforms such as Gorgias and Shopify to maintain operational excellence.

By engaging with customers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Discord, you will cultivate a sense of belonging, encourage user-generated content, and convert satisfied customers into enthusiastic brand advocates.
