đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Solutions Manager for the DACH region at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of the company’s award-winning audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform across one of its key international markets. With Optro serving over 50% of the Fortune 500 and recognized as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a market-leading SaaS platform that empowers global enterprises to operate with greater clarity, compliance, and agility. Your expertise will directly influence how organizations in Germany, the UK, and beyond strengthen their internal controls, manage risk, and meet evolving regulatory demands.
  • • You will act as a trusted product expert and strategic advisor to C-level prospects and enterprise clients, translating complex audit, risk, and compliance challenges into clear value propositions using the AuditBoard platform. This role blends technical depth with consultative selling, requiring you to engage with Pre-IPO to FTSE 100 organizations, understand their unique control environments, and demonstrate how Optro’s solutions can streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through evaluation stages, ensuring alignment between their strategic goals and the platform’s capabilities.
  • • Day to day, you will: conduct tailored product demonstrations of the AuditBoard suite based on client-specific risk and audit frameworks; engage with senior stakeholders to articulate strategic value and advance sales opportunities; collaborate with business development, implementation, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery; mentor and cross-train internal colleagues to build team proficiency in product knowledge and client consulting; provide proactive thought leadership to target accounts by sharing industry best practices and regulatory insights; participate in executive planning sessions to support sales growth, marketing initiatives, and resource planning; and attend industry events and conferences to expand Optro’s footprint and generate new business leads in the DACH and EMEA regions.
  • • You will partner with a high-performing, mission-driven team at Optro, a company built on values of customer obsession, gritty resilience, innovation, collective success, and a growth mindset. The organization fosters a collaborative, barrier-breaking culture where employees are encouraged to innovate, support one another, and contribute to both customer success and community impact. Working within this environment means being part of a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company that values initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise risk management, internal audit (including SOX/ICFR), and compliance frameworks while gaining hands-on experience with a leading GRC platform used by global enterprises. You will develop advanced consultative selling and presentation skills, strengthen your ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership, and grow your strategic impact in a scalable tech environment. Success here can lead to broader leadership opportunities within Optro’s expanding EMEA operations, particularly as the company continues to scale its product-led growth strategy internationally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-9 years of professional experience in Big 4 consulting, internal audit, compliance, or risk management
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • • Expert understanding of internal audit methodology and internal controls compliance (e.g., SOX, ICFR)
  • • Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities
  • • Proven experience working with auditors and internal cross-functional teams, including product engineering groups
  • • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Live your best life (LYBL) stipend: $200/month for personal well-being and life-enhancing activities
  • • Comprehensive employee health coverage available across all locations
  • • Flexible vacation policy (25 days in the UK; flexible exempt policy in the US)
  • • Time off for birthday and volunteering
  • • Access to employee resource groups and regular team/company-wide gatherings
  • • Opportunities for career growth at one of North America’s fastest-growing SaaS companies
