- • As a Copywriter at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be the voice of the brand, transforming how the company communicates with its customers by crafting empathetic, engaging, and human-centered messaging across all touchpoints.
- • Your day-to-day will involve overhauling existing customer communications—including email, SMS, in-app copy, and CRM—shifting from transactional to relationship-driven language, while collaborating with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to align messaging with user needs and behaviors.
- • You will join a fast-growing, profitable startup that has scaled to 5M users and $240M in funding, working alongside analytical, experimentation-driven teammates in a mission to make car ownership accessible and less stressful for millions.
- • In this role, you will build the brand voice from the ground up, define the company’s personality across organic channels, launch creative campaigns (like a $150K car giveaway), and eventually own positioning for new products and social media presence, including Reddit communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in creative marketing with a strong focus on copywriting, including proven success in email and SMS campaigns.
- • Experience working with consumer-facing startups in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing ability and creative craft, particularly in translating complex or emotional topics into clear, engaging copy.
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- • Comfort with data-informed decision-making and the ability to advocate for brand and emotional resonance in analytically driven discussions.
