• • Architect and evolve Eclipse RCP–based plug-ins that provide seamless, intuitive user experiences across Windows and Linux, ensuring every click, drag, and drop feels native and lightning-fast.
• • Rapidly prototype and iterate on UI mock-ups using SWT, JFace, Swing, AWT, or JavaFX, validating concepts with stakeholders in short, feedback-rich cycles that compress months of uncertainty into days of clarity.
• • Champion Continuous Integration excellence by extending Jenkins pipelines, refining Maven/Tycho builds, and automating regression suites—turning every commit into a deployable, testable artifact within minutes.
• • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Architects and cross-functional squads in an Agile Scrum rhythm, refining backlogs, sizing stories, and delivering incremental value every sprint.
