  • • Cultivating a trusted-advisor relationship with partners is paramount, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering sustainable growth.
  • • A deep understanding of partner priorities, strategies, and goals is essential, enabling you to align them effectively with HubSpot's objectives and build mutually beneficial action plans.
  • • You will collaborate closely with partner executive, marketing, and sales teams to execute partner programs, including the development of effective partner programs, events, sales engagement strategies, and the creation of essential playbooks and collateral.
  • • This enablement is crucial for empowering partners to effectively sell and service HubSpot customers.
  • • Developing and executing comprehensive business and technical enablement plans with partners is key to facilitating the smooth implementation and ongoing operation of HubSpot products.
  • • You will act as a champion for top-performing partners, actively promoting them to HubSpot's customer base and internal sales teams.
  • • A proactive approach to driving targeted promotions, contests, and incentives will be necessary to stimulate partner activity and performance.
  • • You will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and reporting partner feedback, encompassing both business and technical aspects, to drive continuous improvement in the customer and partner experience.
  • • Serving as the primary partner evangelist within the HubSpot sales organization is a critical function of this role.
