  • • As a Core Partner Development Manager (PDM) at HubSpot, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with leading marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across the UK and Ireland.
  • • This pivotal role places you at the forefront of HubSpot's engagement with its partner ecosystem, acting as the primary liaison and trusted advisor.
  • • You will be responsible for engaging with partner executives to build deep trust and understanding, sharing strategic insights on how they can leverage market opportunities through collaboration with HubSpot.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve leading the development of comprehensive joint business plans, meticulously defining each partner's solutions portfolio to align with HubSpot's offerings.
  • • You will provide expert guidance on Go-To-Market strategies, sales methodologies, and marketing initiatives, ensuring partners are equipped for success.
  • • Driving the implementation of these strategies will require orchestrating seamless collaboration between the partner's sales, marketing, and technical teams and their counterparts within HubSpot.
  • • Your ultimate goal is to ensure excellence in execution, achieve ambitious partnership growth objectives, and meet critical sales targets.
