📋 Description

• • As a Core Storage Product Manager at Hitachi Vantara, you will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core storage products and APIs, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and reliable data storage solutions that solve real customer problems and support the company’s long-term platform vision.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining product requirements and success metrics for data path, management plane, and control plane capabilities; partnering with engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality releases; leading requirements and prioritization for storage services such as data protection, replication, deduplication, compression, tiering, and availability; acting as the voice of the customer by incorporating feedback from customers, field teams, support, and partners; driving API product strategy to ensure consistency, documentation, and ease of consumption; collaborating with performance and architecture teams to set and validate performance goals; evaluating market trends and competitive offerings in enterprise storage, cloud, and distributed systems; and supporting go-to-market readiness through positioning, technical collateral, and internal enablement.
