📋 Description

• As the Corporate Communications lead at Lovable Labs Inc., you will own the narrative that defines how the world perceives the company as an employer, partner, and innovative AI business, ensuring credibility and trust are built at every touchpoint.
• You will manage corporate reputation through funding announcements, office expansions, leadership hires, and awards; develop and execute employer brand strategy to attract top talent; lead communications for strategic partnerships; serve as a key comms advisor to the CRO and CPO; act as a crisis deputy; and amplify stories across traditional, social, and creator-driven channels.
• Lovable Labs Inc. is a fast-growing AI company headquartered in Europe with offices in San Francisco, Stockholm, London, and Boston, scaling to 400 employees this year after raising a $330M Series B and enabling over 50 million projects built by users worldwide.
• You will shape the evolution of the communications function at a pivotal moment, gaining influence over processes, standards, and culture while developing expertise in high-growth tech comms, AI market dynamics, and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in communications, with significant in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
• Proven ability to manage corporate narratives through fundraising, international expansion, leadership changes, and crisis situations
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the skill to draft clear, human-centered statements and partnership announcements quickly
• Demonstrated crisis instincts — ability to stay calm, act fast, and protect reputation under pressure without overreacting
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with People, Legal, Finance, Partnerships, and leadership teams
• Deep curiosity about AI, business, and competitive landscape, with the ability to anticipate comms opportunities and connect strategic dots
