- • A freelance Corporate Development Consultant - AI Trainer role focused on improving AI systems' understanding of complex business strategy and M&A through expert review and refinement of AI-generated content.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated responses on M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, financial modeling, and corporate structuring; evaluating AI outputs for analytical rigor and business relevance; drafting realistic corporate scenarios from multiple stakeholder perspectives; and identifying gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak business logic in AI content.
- • 10Xteam Inc. connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to enhance the real-world applicability of AI-powered business systems, operating as a remote-first organization serving clients across the EU and UK.
- • The role offers the opportunity to directly shape how advanced AI models understand and apply strategic business reasoning, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI training methodologies, and deepen expertise in AI-human collaboration within corporate strategy domains.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level professional in corporate development, M&A, strategy, or management consulting
- • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- • Several years of hands-on experience in deal evaluation, financial analysis, market research, or corporate governance
- • Strong ability to assess business reasoning and distinguish between technically plausible and practically sound solutions
- • Comfortable working independently and providing clear, critical feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week, able to start soon
