• • In this high-impact role, you will work directly alongside BlaBlaCar's executive leadership, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making and influencing the company's trajectory for years to come. You will be instrumental in defining and communicating our long-term vision, ensuring alignment across the organization and with our stakeholders.
• • Your primary mission will involve supporting C-level executives in the meticulous definition of BlaBlaCar's overarching strategy. This includes spearheading the preparation of comprehensive long-term business plans, conducting in-depth market studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and performing deep-dive analyses of specific business lines to uncover areas for growth and optimization.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will be to effectively communicate this strategy to our Board of Directors and investors. You will be responsible for preparing compelling Board decks, crafting ad-hoc strategic updates on key topics, and ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear and concise understanding of our strategic direction and progress.
• • You will actively contribute to BlaBlaCar's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) efforts, participating in the entire acquisition process. This involves identifying potential targets that align with our strategic objectives, conducting thorough due diligence to assess risks and opportunities, and supporting the negotiation and execution phases of M&A transactions.
• • Furthermore, you will play a key role in all funding-related projects, whether they involve equity or debt financing. Your analytical skills and strategic insights will be vital in structuring and executing financial strategies that support BlaBlaCar's growth and expansion plans.
• • You will also lead ad-hoc, cross-functional analyses to provide critical support to our C-level executives. This includes collaborating closely with Business and Product teams on specific projects, offering strategic guidance, and delivering actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
