- • As the Corporate Engineering BT Lead, you will establish and lead ServiceTitan’s India Business Technology organization, building a world-class capability center aligned to global BT strategy and driving operational excellence for a hyper-growth SaaS company.
- • You will spearhead a high-performing team responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting mission-critical enterprise systems—primarily across Salesforce, Workday, and related SaaS platforms—while hiring, mentoring, and developing talent in Salesforce development, Workday administration, systems administration, QA engineering, and support analysis.
- • You will serve as the senior BT leader in India, building strong partnerships with North America BT leadership and key business stakeholders, championing a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • You will lead solution architecture and delivery across Salesforce, Workday, and connected SaaS ecosystems, oversee the full project lifecycle using agile methodologies, drive adherence to architectural standards and governance, ensure system reliability and performance, build monitoring and automation capabilities, establish SLAs and operational dashboards, drive technical documentation and enablement, develop training programs, guide DevOps and change management, identify AI use cases, conduct PoCs, and foster experimentation to modernize BT systems and processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- • 10+ years of experience working on Salesforce, Workday, and enterprise SaaS systems.
- • Proven experience building, scaling, and leading technology teams, ideally in a high-growth global organization.
- • Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, integration patterns, and platform governance.
- • Experience with Workday Financials is highly preferred.
- • Strong understanding of AI platforms/tools and experience in AI-driven business improvements.
