- • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for a client in a remote Corporate Finance Manager role, driving data-driven insights for executive leadership.
- • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across departments, build financial models for valuation and ROI, oversee cash flow and liquidity, and prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations.
- • Partner with operations, sales, and product teams on financial strategy, supervise and mentor financial analysts, support M&A activities and investor relations, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
- • Gain exposure to executive-level reporting, work closely with leadership and board members, develop expertise in FP&A processes, and advance skills in financial modeling, treasury oversight, and strategic finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking
- • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis)
- • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- • Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- • CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred
