- • Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst at Pave Bank plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of a forward-thinking financial institution bridging traditional banking and digital assets, directly contributing to fundraising, growth planning, and investor confidence in a rapidly evolving market.
- • The role involves supporting high-impact initiatives across corporate development, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investor relations, and process automation, enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing medium- to long-term strategic initiatives through market research and financial modeling to inform key business decisions on expansion, partnerships, and capital allocation.
- • Conduct in-depth FP&A work by analyzing revenue drivers, cost structures, and unit economics; support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports for leadership review.
- • Assist in corporate development activities such as evaluating M&A opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions through financial analysis, due diligence support, and preparation of transaction materials.
- • Support end-to-end investor relations efforts by building financial models, drafting pitch decks, preparing data rooms, and responding to investor inquiries and due diligence requests during fundraising cycles.
- • Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial workflows, reporting, and data tracking using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and AI-enabled platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Georgia, Dubai, and Singapore, requiring adaptability and strong communication in a global, fast-moving environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial modeling and creating investor-facing materials such as pitch decks, data rooms, and strategic reports; background in venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is preferred.
- • Prior experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments is strongly preferred to thrive in Pave Bank’s dynamic and evolving operational context.
- • Foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems and experience leveraging AI or automation tools for financial workflows is advantageous.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is considered a plus for engaging with global stakeholders.
