- • As a Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst at Pave Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of a forward-thinking institution at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, directly supporting high-impact initiatives in fundraising, M&A, and long-term growth planning.
- • You will contribute to critical business decisions by building robust financial models, conducting market research, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategy across fundraising, corporate development, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- • Day to day, you will develop medium- to long-term strategic initiatives through structured analysis and financial modelling to support executive decision-making.
- • You will identify and implement opportunities to automate financial workflows, reporting, and data tracking using analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- • You will perform in-depth FP&A analysis of revenue, costs, and unit economics, supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for leadership.
- • You will assist in evaluating strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, partnerships, and M&A through market research, financial analysis, and execution support.
- • You will support end-to-end fundraising efforts by building investor-ready financial models, preparing pitch decks and data rooms, and responding to diligence requests from potential investors.
- • You will collaborate with a dynamic, ambitious team of second-time founders and industry leaders in a fast-growing, globally connected institution redefining the convergence of traditional banking and digital assets.
- • You will gain deep exposure to institutional banking, digital assets, and cross-border finance while working across Kuala Lumpur, Georgia, Dubai, and Singapore, accelerating your professional growth in a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Highly analytical with proven experience in financial modelling and preparing strategic or investor-facing materials; background in venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is a strong plus.
- • Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred, demonstrating adaptability and initiative in ambiguous, high-velocity settings.
- • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and AI/automation tools is advantageous.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- • Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a beneficial plus but not required for success in the role.
