- • Join Contentsquare, a global leader in the experience intelligence platform space, and embark on a dynamic career as a Corporate FP&A Apprentice in our Paris office. Starting in July 2026, you will report directly to the FP&A Senior Director, becoming an integral part of our Finance Department. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s financial health, strategic growth, and informed decision-making processes. You will be at the forefront of understanding and influencing our financial performance, working within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to making the complex simpler for our customers and ourselves.
- • As a Corporate FP&A Apprentice, your role will be multifaceted, providing exposure to a wide range of financial operations. A core responsibility will be supporting the month-end close process. This involves meticulously analyzing financial performance across various departments, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers. Your insights will be crucial in providing a clear picture of the company's financial standing at the close of each period. You will delve into the numbers, understand the story they tell, and help translate them into actionable information for stakeholders.
- • You will play a vital role in management reporting, assisting in the preparation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports. These reports are critical for top management, offering a consolidated view of financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic insights. Your contribution will ensure that leadership has the data necessary to make timely and effective strategic decisions. This includes not only compiling data but also understanding its implications and presenting it in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- • The budgeting and forecasting processes will be another key area of your involvement. You will support the creation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, which are essential for financial planning and resource allocation. This will involve preparing detailed reports, developing insightful dashboards, and analyzing consolidated results to identify potential opportunities and risks. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to plan for the future and achieve its financial objectives.
- • A significant aspect of this apprenticeship is participating in financial analysis and transformation initiatives. You will contribute to developing sophisticated financial analyses that not only enhance business insights but also actively support strategic decision-making. This includes being part of projects that drive the company's transformation, requiring you to think critically, apply advanced analytical techniques, and collaborate with various teams to uncover valuable financial intelligence.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with FP&A business partners and other internal stakeholders across different departments. This partnership involves collecting essential financial data, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight, and fostering strong working relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be paramount in gathering accurate information and ensuring alignment on financial matters.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the crucial task of setting up the new fiscal year. This involves preparing the necessary reporting tools and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that will guide the company's financial performance throughout the year. Your attention to detail and understanding of financial reporting requirements will be vital in ensuring a smooth and effective start to the fiscal year.
- • Continuous improvement is a cornerstone of Contentsquare's philosophy. You will assist in documenting existing financial processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Additionally, you will actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving these processes, making them more efficient, accurate, and scalable. This proactive approach to process enhancement will be highly valued.
- • This apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop their financial acumen, and make a tangible impact within a fast-growing, global technology company. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience in corporate finance, working with cutting-edge tools and alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment. Your journey with Contentsquare will be one of continuous learning, professional growth, and significant contribution to our shared success.
