- • Administer, secure, and optimize core corporate IT infrastructure systems including identity management, directory services, and endpoint security protocols.
- • Manage and maintain employee endpoints such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across global corporate environments.
- • Deploy, configure, and support digital productivity platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and other SaaS-based corporate applications.
- • Automate routine infrastructure tasks and workflows using scripting and configuration management tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- • Ensure continuous delivery and reliability of corporate IT services through proactive monitoring, incident response, and system performance tuning.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement self-service solutions that empower employees to resolve common IT issues independently.
- • Enforce corporate security policies and compliance standards across all IT systems, including patch management, access controls, and endpoint protection.
- • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for corporate IT systems, resolving complex issues related to authentication, network connectivity, device provisioning, and application integration.
- • Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge retention and team scalability.
- • Work closely with vendor partners to manage licensing, service agreements, and upgrades for corporate software and hardware assets.
- • Participate in the evaluation and onboarding of new technologies that enhance employee productivity and align with corporate IT strategy.
- • Maintain high availability of critical corporate systems with defined SLAs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- • Support global rollout initiatives for IT systems, adapting configurations and policies to regional compliance and localization requirements.
- • Conduct regular audits of IT assets and user access rights to ensure alignment with data governance and regulatory standards.
- • Act as a technical liaison between Corporate IT and end-users, translating business needs into technical solutions and providing clear communication on system changes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience administering corporate IT infrastructure systems in a global enterprise environment
- • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management platforms
- • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation of IT workflows
- • Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems
- • Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce security policies across corporate endpoints
- • Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments with scalable IT solutions
