  • • You will provide day-to-day support by reviewing and drafting routine legal documents such as NDAs, vendor and procurement contracts, and services agreements using established templates and playbooks, while maintaining accurate entity records, supporting due diligence for transactions, and helping keep compliance manuals and policies up to date.
  • • The Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team at Airwallex is a collaborative group of legal and risk management experts dedicated to safeguarding operations, fostering ethical conduct, and navigating the global financial landscape with integrity, providing expert guidance across all business areas.

  • • In M&A and strategic transactions, you will support due diligence by collecting and organizing documents, reviewing contracts and corporate records, preparing ancillary documentation, and helping coordinate execution and closing processes under lawyer supervision.
  • • You will contribute to legal operations by supporting contract lifecycle workflows (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign), intake and matter management, generating basic reporting on volumes and SLAs, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase self-serve capabilities across the business.

  • • Degree holder, paralegal qualification, or a diploma in legal studies or a related field.
  • • 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally with law firms, financial institutions, or high-growth technology/fintech companies, with exposure to corporate governance and contract work.
  • • Demonstrated experience reviewing and drafting NDAs, vendor or procurement contracts and other routine corporate agreements, and managing contract execution and filing processes.
  • • Practical experience supporting corporate records and governance (e.g., resolutions, minutes, annual filings, director/officer updates, entity formations) and maintaining organized, accurate legal documentation.
  • • Strong attention to detail, organization and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to summarize legal issues clearly and concisely for non‑legal stakeholders.

  • • Opportunity to work at a globally valued fintech company (US$8 billion valuation) backed by world-leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Visa, Mastercard, Sequoia, and Salesforce Ventures.
  • • Collaborate with a team of over 2,000 innovative professionals across 26 global offices, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and founder-like energy.
  • • Engage in meaningful, high-impact work that contributes to building the future of global payments and financial infrastructure for over 200,000 businesses worldwide.
  • • Access to modern productivity and legal tools, with encouragement to learn new technologies and processes, including AI and LegalTech solutions.
