- • The Director, Global HR Risk & Compliance provides enterprise leadership for HR risk, compliance, and policy management, shaping strategy, operating model, and governance to align with corporate objectives and global requirements.
- • The role ensures effective oversight of HR risk and compliance by embedding proactive risk management, strong controls, and regulatory adherence into HR operations globally.
- • The person will lead global HR policy frameworks and design and continuously enhance risk and compliance programs to drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and leading HR’s global risk and compliance strategy, providing enterprise-level oversight of HR’s global risk, compliance, and policy posture, designing and enforcing governance standards and control frameworks, proactively assessing and mitigating HR operational risks, establishing and overseeing global HR policy frameworks and lifecycle management, leading the development and continuous improvement of global HR risk and compliance programs, interpreting complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, providing leadership for Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Immigration & Mobility, Background Verification, Workers’ Compensation, and Records Retention & Archiving, and serving as a trusted strategic advisor to HR and business leadership.
- • The role involves supervisory duties and requires collaboration with global cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- • 12 or more years of experience in HR risk, compliance, or related fields (preferred)
- • Proven ability to influence, gain consensus, and unite disparate ideas with practical work/project plans while working with global cross-functional teams
- • Comfortable in ambiguity, able to move work toward goals, make decisions based on diverse information, and identify additional data needs
- • Highly functional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Excellent organizational and program management skills
- • Ability to recognize gaps in process governance and design holistic solutions
- • Strong ability to stay current with evolving regulations, technology, industry trends, ethics, and privacy best practices
- • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and leads self and others to multi-task and make effective decisions
