- • The Paralegal will serve as a key support member of RealNetworks, Inc.’s Legal Department, focusing on litigation and pre-litigation matters for the brokerage business, ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential handling of sensitive legal documentation and communications.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and organizing litigation and pre-litigation files across the enterprise, drafting professional business correspondence such as letters and memorandums, managing large volumes of electronic documents through indexing, updating, and tracking systems, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners including insurance carriers and outside law firms.
- • The role involves proactive communication across all levels of the organization to gather and disseminate information, requiring a deep understanding of company policies, practices, and team structures, while building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external legal vendors.
- • The Paralegal will take on project management tasks as assigned, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in supporting legal workflows, with increasing responsibility as expertise grows, and will be expected to leverage digital tools proficiently to enhance efficiency and accuracy in legal operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment, specifically working on litigation and pre-litigation disputes
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel) is essential
