- • The Corporate Paralegal role at Envoy Global supports the in-house legal team in delivering precise, high-quality legal operations to enable scalable, responsible growth in the global immigration space. This role is critical to maintaining legal integrity, supporting contract lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance across corporate functions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, proofreading, and reviewing contracts and NDAs; managing document repositories and version control; tracking renewals and deadlines; supporting contract execution via signature workflows; conducting legal research; preparing summaries with citations; assisting with invoice review, scheduling, and legal intake; and coordinating with internal stakeholders to consolidate information for legal matters.
