- • Join our team as a Corporate Paralegal at Axiom, where you will support top F100 clients on temporary secondments, contributing to critical corporate governance functions that ensure legal compliance and operational integrity for major organizations.
- • Day to day, you will assist legal teams in drafting and reviewing board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters; conduct research on regulatory requirements; maintain corporate records including minutes and shareholder documents; and support the preparation and filing of SEC reports, annual statements, and proxy materials.
