- • Corporate Paralegal role supporting Reddit’s corporate functions while driving efficiency through legal operations and technology adoption
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting securities filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, Section 16), assisting with equity administration and record-keeping, facilitating domestic and international corporate filings, maintaining corporate minute books and records databases, preparing materials for quarterly board meetings, and supporting M&A transactions and corporate legal needs related to international expansion
- • The role also involves legal operations work such as managing outside counsel via Brightflag, testing and adopting AI tools to improve legal workflow efficiency, and supporting planning and execution of legal team offsites and strategy sessions
- • Reddit is a community of communities with over 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet
- • The Corporate Paralegal will gain experience in securities law, corporate governance, equity administration, legal operations, AI tool implementation in legal departments, and cross-border corporate transactions, while developing hybrid skills in process management, technology adoption, and team collaboration within a fast-growing, innovative tech company
🎯 Requirements
- • Three+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including securities and corporate governance experience
- • Organized, detail-oriented, process-focused, proactive, and adaptable
- • Comfortable preparing corporate minutes, troubleshooting outside counsel billing issues, and planning team offsites
- • Early adopter of new software with eagerness to test and implement artificial intelligence tools to automate routine legal tasks
