- • As a Corporate Solution Architect at Redis, you will partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical win plans, and design cloud-native architectures that enable customers to build fast, scalable applications using Redis Enterprise.
- • You will conduct discovery sessions with customer stakeholders, design and present Redis Enterprise solutions, deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concepts (POCs), and act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through architecture design, migration planning, and best practices adoption.
- • You will collaborate with Professional Services, Technical Account Managers, and Consulting teams to ensure post-sale delivery readiness, develop reusable technical assets, and support account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- • You will stay current with Redis’ product roadmap, provide field feedback to product and engineering teams, mentor junior Solution Architects, and contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline reviews—all while working remotely from various locations across the U.S.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- • Proven experience building cloud-native architectures on AWS, including compute, storage, networking services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB).
- • Experience designing and deploying distributed systems for real-time applications, analytics, and event-driven processing using AWS services such as Elasticache, ECS, Amazon Kinesis, SQS, and SNS.
- • Experience developing and optimizing Machine Learning/AI pipelines using Amazon SageMaker/Bedrock and Vector Databases (Redis, Kendra, Pinecone) for feature storage, vector embeddings, and real-time inference.
