📋 Description
- • Manage, train, coach, and develop a team of Corporate Trust Relationship Managers within an assigned regional portfolio.
- • Serve as Lead Administrator for the largest and most complex corporate trust accounts, ensuring high-quality fiduciary service delivery.
- • Oversee the prompt and accurate setup of new corporate trust accounts, including operational mechanics and system entry.
- • Provide direct guidance and supervision to junior staff, resolving all administrative issues and supporting client staff at all levels.
- • Conduct performance reviews, recommend disciplinary actions, and manage staff workloads, including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
- • Operate independently to service top-tier institutional and corporate trust clients, resolving the most complex fiduciary and operational challenges.
- • Manage day-to-day administrative functions for existing accounts, including billing for fiduciary fees, recommending fee increases, and facilitating bond closings.
- • Handle cash and investment transactions, monitor cash activities, provide debt service calculations, and execute payment generation with follow-up.
- • Recommend and submit new business opportunities for approval through the Corporate Trust new business committee, pricing accounts based on structure versus existing business.
- • Disseminate required financial information to the EMMA system in a timely and accurate manner.
- • Ensure accurate and timely setup of all client-related issues across operational systems, prepare accounts for compliance review, and address compliance exceptions.
- • Review legal documentation to verify operational feasibility and collaborate with corporate legal, compliance, and external counsel to negotiate document provisions.
- • Participate in cross-training across Corporate Trust roles to provide backup support and expand functional expertise.
- • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal controls while managing fiduciary responsibilities for institutional clients.
- • Balance team leadership duties with hands-on execution on complex client accounts, ensuring both operational excellence and staff development.
- • Provide consistent, high-level client service while aligning administrative actions with corporate trust standards and compliance requirements.
- • Support regional business growth by identifying opportunities for fee optimization, client retention, and service expansion across managed accounts.
