- • We are looking for a Country Manager – Vietnam (HCMC-based) who is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and deeply embedded in Vietnam’s gaming and digital entertainment ecosystem to join our global leadership team.
- • The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build and own Xsolla’s market presence in Vietnam from the ground up.
- • Strong business development, stakeholder management, and operational skills are essential, along with experience in gaming, digital payments, or fintech in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- • The ability to navigate local regulatory environments, grow a partner network, and translate global product strategy into regional success will be key to your success in this role.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business development, stakeholder management, and operational roles in gaming, digital payments, or fintech in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- • Strong understanding of local regulatory environments and ability to navigate them.
- • Proven track record of building and growing partner networks.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting.
