• • The Course Production Coordinator is an early-career role within the Academic Services team at Risepoint, supporting the delivery of high-quality online courses through structured production, media, quality assurance, and technology support activities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting end-to-end course production by completing LMS and course set-up tasks, coordinating production and media activities, assisting with video workflows (including asset briefs, uploads, transcript and captioning), providing administrative support via Workfront, performing routine QA checks, maintaining workflows, identifying and escalating issues, and building capability through learning new tools and systems.
