  • • Build and configure Planning and Consolidation (CPM/EPM) solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, revenue modeling, and operational reporting.
  • • Collaborate with functional and technical team members to design and implement effective CPM/EPM solutions aligned with client needs.
  • • Analyze existing financial models—both spreadsheet-based and non-spreadsheet-based—and translate them into scalable CPM/EPM architectures.
  • • Develop dimensions, calculations, KPIs, dashboards, and workflows that enable efficient and scalable planning processes.
  • • Configure and support data integrations between CPM/EPM platforms and client systems including ERP, CRM, HCM, and data platforms.
  • • Participate in client requirements workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and cutover activities to ensure seamless implementation.
  • • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within CPM/EPM models and implement enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • • Deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing adoption support to ensure client success.
  • • Stay current with product updates and manage upgrades or enhancements to CPM/EPM platforms as needed.
  • • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within existing CPM/EPM solutions.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related inquiries, providing high-quality customer service.
  • • Travel extensively across Europe to work directly with clients in various jurisdictions on-site.
  • • Work remotely 1–2 days per week while maintaining a primary base in the London office.
  • • Engage with cross-functional teams across Accordion to deliver integrated digital solutions that support CFO strategic initiatives.
  • • Contribute to the growth of Accordion’s European footprint by helping shape the London office’s presence and service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4+ years of proven experience in systems consulting or CPM/EPM model development (Pigment or Anaplan)
  • • Hands-on Anaplan or Pigment model-building experience strongly preferred
  • • Excellent understanding of multi-dimensional and relational databases
  • • Demonstrated expertise in connected planning concepts in Anaplan/Pigment, including Supply Chain, T&Q, and core FP&A use cases such as budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, driver-based planning, and scenario modeling
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
