📋 Description

• As the CPQ Lead at Vanta, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) ecosystem, ensuring quoting, pricing, and contracting workflows scale with the business while remaining accurate, efficient, and user-friendly.
• You will design and build scalable automations and processes in Salesforce (Flows, validations, custom objects) to support pricing, packaging, approvals, renewals, and contract generation, while owning the end-to-end deal approval experience and ensuring strong governance and excellent end-user experience.
• You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, Engineering, and Legal as the subject-matter expert for CPQ and Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and leading discovery sessions to drive alignment.
• You will establish CPQ governance, testing standards, and release management processes, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to the multi-quarter CPQ roadmap aligned with Vanta’s GTM and product growth goals.
