If so, 20four7VA is seeking a dedicated Shopify eCommerce Support Virtual Assistant to join our global team and provide essential support to our clients, primarily based in developed markets like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
• • This is a full-time, remote independent contractor opportunity, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, aligned with Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours (8 AM to 4:30 PM MST, Monday through Friday). As a Shopify eCommerce Support Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our clients' online stores, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their customers.
• • Your primary responsibilities will revolve around meticulous Shopify product management. This includes the creation and ongoing management of product listings for various inventory types, such as drop-ship décor, POS systems, and regular décor items. You will be responsible for accurately uploading comprehensive product descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and detailed variants. A key aspect of this role is organizing products into logical and user-friendly collections, ensuring customers can easily navigate and find what they are looking for. Maintaining inventory accuracy is paramount to prevent overselling and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also perform regular product updates, ensuring all information is current and reflects the latest offerings and pricing.
• • Beyond product data, you will be instrumental in product image optimization. This involves resizing product photos to ensure they display optimally across different devices and screen sizes, guaranteeing a consistent and professional look. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent image formatting and maintaining high-quality standards across all visuals.
