- • The Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I) role within the Functional Service Provider (FSP) model in Slovenia supports clinical trial execution by ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and patient safety across study sites, playing a critical role in advancing life-saving therapies through meticulous monitoring and collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product handling, maintaining essential documents, and supporting audit readiness while adapting to changing project priorities under Lead CRA guidance.
- • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services partnering with innovators across drug development and commercialization, where collaboration, agility, and a patient-centric mindset drive impact for over 675,000 trial patients across 73,000+ sites worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
- • Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to adopt new technologies
