- • As a CRC Benefits Sales Executive, you will be the primary relationship manager for assigned broker firms, tasked with significantly expanding our network of agents and brokers by effectively communicating the unique value proposition of CRC Benefits (formerly BenefitMall).
- • Your role involves developing a deep and nuanced understanding of each broker firm's business and their existing book of clients. This insight will be crucial in leveraging CRC Benefit's comprehensive capabilities to drive substantial revenue growth and market penetration.
- • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home. However, a key requirement is that you must reside in and hold the necessary insurance licenses for Colorado. Our collaborative environment utilizes advanced video conferencing and screen-sharing technologies, ensuring you remain an integral and connected part of the team despite the remote setup.
- • At CRC Benefits, we pride ourselves on being an industry leader in benefits services. Our success is built upon the foundation of our exceptional employees, and our culture is deeply rooted in corporate values that champion inclusion, trust, collaboration, and innovation. This commitment fosters a dynamic environment where we collectively build a bright future.
- • We are proud to have earned the prestigious Top Workplaces USA award for three consecutive years, a testament to our dedication to employee feedback and well-being. If you seek an organization that genuinely values its employees and actively encourages professional growth, CRC Benefits offers a compelling career opportunity.
- • A core responsibility will be the recruitment and training of new agents to join the BenefitMall platform. This involves showcasing the distinctive advantages of partnering with BenefitMall, emphasizing our deep, trusted relationships and the power of our industry-leading technology solutions.
- • You will collaborate closely with agents and brokers to co-create revenue growth strategies. These strategies will focus on enhancing sales activity, increasing the number of products sold per customer, and broadening their understanding and utilization of BenefitMall's specialized services.
- • Working effectively within a team sales environment is paramount. You will be expected to coordinate all sales and retention activities to ensure the fastest, easiest, and most trusted benefits selling experience for our partners.
- • You will lead a "POD" (likely a team or group) dedicated to servicing agents/brokers and motivating them to expand their clients' business. This leadership involves:
- • Educating and training agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and the specific value each offering brings to their end clients.
- • Facilitating strategy calls with the POD to address priority issues, review quote volumes, and plan renewal activities and schedules.
- • Diligently utilizing internal systems such as Salesforce and Zoom for accurate activity tracking and performance metrics.
- • You will be responsible for effectively marketing to agents/brokers, encouraging them to place their clients' business with CRC Benefits. This includes:
- • Coordinating essential in-field sales and retention activities aimed at closing new sales, renewing existing cases, and adding products to in-force customer accounts. Providing timely and expert sales support to maximize results.
- • Developing tailored strategies with targeted agencies to promote technology adoption, thereby eliminating manual processes and ensuring the secure, electronic transfer of data.
- • You will collaborate with partner carrier resources as needed to optimize outcomes and enhance the broker experience.
- • Strict adherence to BenefitMall's confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information is mandatory.
- • The role may require occasional extended or irregular hours, particularly during peak business periods.
- • Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods, frequent speaking and hearing, and occasional standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling, and the capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
- • You will be expected to resolve conflicts, solve problems effectively, and provide constructive feedback to management.
- • This role offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00.
