📋 Description
- • This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.
- • Up to 6-month assignment – Full time hours
- • Hours are typically 8-5 M-F
- • Possible overtime required
- • This is a remote role.

- • Responsibilities:
- • Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
- • Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
- • Entering customer information into our systems
- • Directing calls or responding to inquiries
- • Scheduling appointments
- • Working on projects as assigned
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- • Group health insurance experience is preferred
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
