  • • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact social video campaigns for Meta, L’OrĂ©al, Warner Bros, Unilever, Google and other global brands, turning complex briefs into scroll-stopping content that outperforms paid-media benchmarks.
  • • Translate strategic insights from Strategists and Client Solutions Managers into crystal-clear creative briefs for Vidsy’s 8,000-strong Creator network, ensuring every asset is platform-native, thumb-stopping and on-brand.
  • • Lead ideation sessions and creative concept workshops, distilling client objectives into 3–5 distinct creative routes that balance brand storytelling with performance marketing best practice (hook in first 3 seconds, clear CTA, optimal aspect ratios).
  • • Manage the full production lifecycle inside Vidsy’s proprietary platform—briefing Creators, reviewing treatments, overseeing shoots, directing edits, providing frame-accurate feedback and approving final masters—while juggling 8–12 concurrent briefs without missing a pixel.
  • • Collaborate daily with Motion Designers to elevate raw footage into polished ads, leveraging motion graphics, kinetic typography, dynamic captions and platform-specific visual effects that lift CTR and watch-time.
  • • Stay surgically up-to-date with TikTok trends, Reels formats, YouTube Shorts innovations and emerging meme culture, feeding weekly trend reports to the team and injecting fresh formats into every campaign.
  • • Present creative concepts, work-in-progress cuts and final performance recaps directly to clients, articulating how each creative decision maps back to KPIs—whether that’s ROAS, view-through rate or brand-lift study results.
  • • Champion diversity and inclusion in every storyboard, ensuring creators from under-represented backgrounds are front-and-center and that content resonates authentically with global audiences.
  • • Contribute to Vidsy’s own social channels (especially Firsty Thursday) by producing behind-the-scenes content, creator spotlights and culture pieces that showcase our unique approach to democratised creativity.
  • • Iterate relentlessly: analyse post-campaign data, run A/B creative tests, document learnings in our shared knowledge base and raise the bar for the next round of briefs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 18+ months hands-on experience producing social-first video content, either agency-side, brand-side or within a high-output creator studio.
  • • Proven fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat ad specs, with a portfolio that demonstrates measurable performance uplifts.
  • • Demonstrated ability to write concise, inspiring creative briefs and give clear, constructive feedback that elevates creator output.
  • • Meticulous eye for design, pacing and storytelling; bonus points for After Effects or on-set directing experience.
