- • Produce and edit high-quality video content for digital advertising, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- • Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, audio cleanup, and color correction to ensure polished, professional-grade multimedia assets.
- • Execute creative projects based on established creative briefs, ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, copywriters, and other creative stakeholders to bring concepts to life and maintain consistent visual messaging.
- • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- • Organize and maintain project files, creative assets, and production workflows to ensure accessibility and efficiency across the team.
- • Communicate project progress clearly and proactively to stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle.
- • Stay current with emerging video editing techniques, creative trends, and tools to enhance production quality and efficiency.
- • Evaluate and recommend new creative tools or workflows that improve production capacity and content quality.
- • Contribute ideas to optimize creative workflows and increase overall production throughput.
- • Ensure all video content supports digital marketing and advertising campaign goals with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- • Deliver branded, commercial, and social media video content that meets professional standards for digital platforms.
- • Support the reduction of production backlogs through efficient, reliable, and consistent execution.
- • Maintain familiarity with performance marketing principles and how creative assets contribute to campaign performance.
- • Work during U.S. Central Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CT) to align with client and team schedules.
- • Record a video showcasing your skill sets as part of the application process.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing, multimedia production, or content creation
- • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
- • Basic proficiency with Adobe After Effects
- • Experience editing video content for digital marketing campaigns
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
