📋 Description

• Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all digital, social, print, product, and other UK channels, including tone of voice and visual systems
• Build a UK-first brand narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market dynamics to drive awareness, trust, and growth
• Translate UK marketing and business objectives into compelling visual and messaging campaigns that align with company mission
• Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns specifically for the UK market, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team, setting a high bar for creativity, execution quality, and speed
• Review and approve all creative output to ensure strict alignment with UK brand strategy and company standards
• Foster a high-ownership, collaborative, and execution-driven team culture focused on results and continuous improvement
• Build and manage scalable creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and resource efficiency
• Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams to align creative initiatives with business goals
• Use data and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and scale creative work for maximum impact
• Stay current on UK market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging creative standards to maintain brand relevance
• Communicate clearly and provide direct, actionable feedback to team members and stakeholders
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously without compromising structure, quality, or deadlines
• Reject mediocrity and continuously push for higher standards in storytelling, visual clarity, and execution
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to delivery, driving measurable impact and visible results
• Work in a flat, high-output team where everyone contributes meaningfully, thinks like an owner, and raises the bar
• Operate in a fast-paced environment that values clarity, execution, and iteration over titles or hierarchy
• Build a UK brand backed by the scale and proven success of BJAK’s existing fintech platform serving over 8 million users in Southeast Asia
• Influence key strategic decisions through direct collaboration with company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
• Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
• Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market
