- • Design and produce high-performance MOF/BOF creatives specifically optimized for AppLovin’s inventory and placement formats, including static, interactive HTML, GIF, and short-form video assets
- • Build interactive HTML ad units with tap, swipe, reveal, and demo-style interactions that significantly outperform static CTR benchmarks in AppLovin environments
- • Ensure all creatives strictly comply with AppLovin’s technical specifications, including 5MB HTML file size limits, MRAID v2.0 compliance, and single-file packaging with no external resources
- • Translate creative briefs into scalable, conversion-focused ad executions with speed and consistency, delivering net-new assets weekly across multiple formats
- • Reverse-engineer top-performing creatives from AppLovin’s interactive library (Health & Wellness, Home & Furniture verticals) to inform design direction and improve performance
- • Create product unboxing, product demo, testimonial-style, and landing-page-style creatives tailored to AppLovin’s audience and intent signals
- • Embed video and GIF elements seamlessly into HTML ad units while maintaining performance and file size constraints
- • Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance data including CTR, CVR, engagement rate, and creative fatigue signals, prioritizing high-win formats for scale
- • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Growth Strategists, and Creative Strategy teams to align creatives with campaign objectives and messaging angles
- • Leverage AI design tools, including Nano Banana Pro, to accelerate concepting, generate visual variations, create backgrounds, and automate composition tasks
- • Evolve creative workflows using custom or multi-tool AI stacks to increase output efficiency without compromising quality or brand consistency
- • Maintain QA standards to ensure 100% pass rate for HTML creatives across AppLovin’s ad serving environments
- • Build scalable HTML templates and repeatable interactive formats that reduce time-to-launch and increase creative volume without sacrificing performance
- • Ensure brand consistency, product clarity, and conversion-focused design across all assets while adhering to approved brand guidelines
- • Track and report on key performance metrics including CTR lift vs static baselines, interaction completion rate, and weekly asset volume shipped
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing MOF/BOF performance creatives for AppLovin or similar ad networks
- • Strong ability to build interactive HTML ad units and end cards with no external dependencies
- • Demonstrated skill in transforming static designs into high-CTR interactive experiences
- • Solid proficiency in creating static images, animated GIFs, and short-form video content
- • Experience producing landing-page-style, product demo, unboxing, and testimonial creatives
- • Proficiency with AI design tools, specifically Nano Banana Pro
