  • • WeTravel is seeking a visionary and results-driven Creative Lead for the LATAM region to spearhead our brand's visual identity and elevate our global marketing efforts. This pivotal role is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience and drive tangible business outcomes. As the creative force behind every piece of content we release, you will shape how our brand is perceived across all public-facing channels, from digital campaigns and social media to event materials and landing pages.
  • • You will own the end-to-end visual strategy for WeTravel, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence worldwide. This involves a deep understanding of visual identity principles and a keen ability to translate our brand's essence into engaging visuals. Your work will directly contribute to attracting and converting sales leads, making a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
  • • Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will manage the daily creative workflow, guiding projects from initial brief through to final execution. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all visual materials not only meet but exceed quality standards, effectively representing WeTravel's innovative platform that is reshaping the group travel industry.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and generative workflows to enhance efficiency, enable rapid prototyping, and maintain brand cohesion across diverse platforms. You will be at the forefront of integrating these technologies, while critically maintaining ownership of quality control and brand consistency. This innovative approach will allow for greater scalability and faster iteration of creative assets.
  • • You will be instrumental in measuring the effectiveness of visual content, understanding how to connect design performance to key business metrics and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Accountability for design performance against business goals will be a core responsibility, ensuring that creative efforts are strategically aligned with company objectives.
  • • On a weekly basis, your responsibilities will include:
  • • Owning and evolving WeTravel's still-image visual identity across all public-facing materials, ensuring appropriate and impactful brand representation to external stakeholders.
  • • Defining and executing WeTravel's video identity across all commercial channels, including YouTube, paid advertising, email marketing, and short-form social platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • • Overseeing the visual presence of WeTravel at over 50 global conferences, adapting brand identity for sub-segments and specific regional variances, including crucial cultural localization.
  • • Directing the creation of all still-image graphic designs for a wide array of mediums, such as event and sales collateral, print and digital advertisements, informative infographics, engaging newsletters and email templates, organic social media ads, comprehensive marketing collateral, and high-converting landing pages.
  • • Meticulously managing the daily workflow and project management of all graphic design tasks, utilizing tools like Monday.com for precision and efficiency.
  • • Providing strategic direction for WeTravel's brand identity, including the management and updating of the visual identity document and the maintenance of design systems and component libraries for optimal scalability.
  • • Strategically integrating AI design tools into creative workflows to boost efficiency, facilitate rapid prototyping, and test variations, encompassing prompt engineering, large-scale generative asset creation, and rigorous quality control of AI-assisted outputs.
  • • Leading design performance analytics, owning the reporting on visual effectiveness metrics such as Click-Through Rates (CTR), engagement rates, and conversion by design element, and driving iterations based on data-driven insights.
  • • Fostering efficient cross-functional workflows with copywriting, marketing, and product teams to ensure streamlined design sprints and approval processes that prevent campaign bottlenecks.
  • • Overseeing the creation of motion graphics and video editing for short-form content, ensuring unwavering brand identity consistency across all video mediums.
