- • The Growth team at Voodoo is a pivotal, cross-functional entity focused on maximizing the potential and delivery of every mobile product. This team integrates expertise in user acquisition, creative content production, monetization strategies, and the essential technological capabilities required to transform applications into global phenomena. Comprising over 100 dedicated experts, the Growth team operates at the cutting edge of mobile marketing and ad technology, catering to a diverse range of game genres, including hypercasual, hybrid, and 100% In-App Purchase (IAP) models.
- • We are seeking an exceptional Creative Lead to join our vibrant Growth team, specifically to spearhead the scaling of our creative production capabilities within Vietnam. This role is instrumental in building and leading high-performing creative teams, while simultaneously driving operational excellence throughout the region. You will be at the forefront of shaping Voodoo's creative output in a key market.
- • As a Creative Lead, your primary responsibility will be to build, train, and effectively manage a squad of creative operators. This involves identifying and recruiting top-tier local talent within the designated region, ensuring a robust and skilled creative workforce. You will be instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- • A core aspect of this role involves establishing and refining seamless workflows and processes. The objective is to guarantee maximum production efficiency and to ensure that our creative output delivers the highest possible impact on our products. This includes optimizing the entire creative lifecycle from ideation to final delivery.
- • You will be tasked with prioritizing and driving the creative production efforts for multiple games. This prioritization will be guided by a strategic assessment of product potential and the overarching user acquisition strategy, ensuring that creative resources are allocated to where they can yield the greatest return.
- • A data-driven approach is fundamental to this role. You will be responsible for analyzing creative performance metrics, leveraging these insights to continuously refine and optimize our creative strategies. This involves a deep understanding of how creative assets perform and how to iterate based on that data.
- • Performance management of the teams under your direct responsibility is crucial. You will foster a culture of excellence, encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding creative work. This includes setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing achievements.
- • To augment our internal production capacity and ensure we have access to the best possible creative solutions, you will identify and establish partnerships with local vendors or studios. This requires a keen eye for quality and the ability to manage external relationships effectively.
- • A significant part of your mandate will be to scale our production capabilities while rigorously maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring creative consistency across all our products. This balance between volume and quality is key to Voodoo's success.
- • Finally, you will collaborate closely and cross-functionally with various teams, including user acquisition specialists, game development teams, and other regional managers. This collaboration is essential to align on priorities, share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to product growth and creative strategy across the organization.
