📋 Description

• Creative Lead for Chillio, a wellbeing & productivity platform under KissMyApps SAS, responsible for driving user acquisition through high-performing creatives in paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and scaling growth via data-informed creative strategy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting creative and competitive research, generating hypotheses based on data and audience insights, developing creative concepts for video and static formats, preparing structured briefs for designers and production teams, analyzing test results (CPA, RoAS, CR), collaborating with Design, User Acquisition, and Product Marketing teams, and facilitating brainstorming sessions to drive ideation.
• KissMyApps SAS is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with over 100 million users, owning its own analytics, payment, and marketing ecosystem; Chillio operates as a wellbeing product with web (PWA), iOS, and Android apps, helping users build healthy habits, manage emotions, and improve focus in a gamified format.
• The role offers the opportunity to directly influence product and creative strategy, work in a fast-growing environment (3x YoY), contribute to a meaningful niche in mental health with reputational value, and grow professionally through ownership, learning, and impact rather than tenure.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scaling a growth channel through creative strategy and iteration
• Understanding of core creative elements (formats, hooks, messaging)
• Ability to conduct creative and competitive research that translates into top-performing concepts
• Strong analytical skills: translating metrics into new ideas and iteration steps
• English language proficiency at Intermediate+ level
