📋 Description

• As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating performance-driven creative assets that directly drive user acquisition.
• You will lead the process of video production, generating ideas, developing visual concepts, and writing detailed scripts.
• You will work closely with a designer to set clear briefs for motion graphics creation, control the quality of execution, and provide feedback.
• You will have a performance mindset, constantly brainstorming new approaches, hooks, text messages, and ad formats.
• You will collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team to analyze the effectiveness of launched videos (CTR, CR) and quickly iterate on creative assets based on the data.
• You will work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with high levels of responsibility and willing to take calculated risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creating ad creative (in the role of Creative Marketing Manager, User Acquisition Creative, or Creative Strategist) for digital products (at a middle level).
• Experience working with briefs: proven experience in setting tasks for designers/motion designers and understanding basic principles of visual communication.
• Performance approach: understanding the specifics of traffic purchasing (particularly in Meta Ads) and the ability to analyze basic metrics of a creative's success. A deep understanding of the structure of performance video (hook, main part, CTA) and the ability to write scripts that convert.
• English language: B2+ or higher level (for writing ad copy, scripts, and analyzing competitors).
• Startup mindset: willing to work at a high pace, not afraid to test bold ideas, and take responsibility for the visual direction of the product.
