- • As a Creative Marketing Manager at Brighterly, a rapidly growing online math and reading school for children in the US, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by leading the creative strategy and execution for one of our core subject areas. Brighterly is on a mission to become the go-to "homepage" for children's academic learning, and our product has already garnered industry recognition, including being a finalist in the EdTech Digest Awards for Math Solution and Tutoring Solution. We are experiencing a remarkable growth trajectory, tripling our customer base and revenue year-over-year, and our marketing team is expanding to meet this demand.
- • This role is pivotal in fueling Brighterly's expansion, as we firmly believe that high-quality, audience-centric creatives are the engine of our success. You will take ownership of the results and strategic direction for a specific subject, focusing on key performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), the volume of tested creatives, and the identification of innovative new formats. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to connect with parents and students, driving engagement and conversion.
- • You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of a dedicated team within your subject area, dictating what, how much, and for whom we test creative concepts. This involves a deep dive into the methodologies of creative testing and the ability to scale successful assets across various platforms. Your strategic input will guide the team's efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and a continuous pursuit of impactful marketing campaigns.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to enhance and, if necessary, build new processes for discovering effective creative formats and messaging. This requires a proactive approach to innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends. You will be expected to conduct thorough user research to understand the unmet needs of our audience, translating these insights into compelling creative strategies that resonate deeply and address specific pain points.
- • Furthermore, you will act as a market intelligence hub, analyzing competitor activities and emerging market trends. The insights gained will be crucial for informing our advertising materials and ensuring Brighterly maintains a competitive edge. This analytical approach, combined with creative flair, will be key to developing campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive measurable results.
- • You will collaborate closely with designers, providing clear and concise briefs for the creation of advertising creatives. Your ability to articulate campaign objectives and desired aesthetic will ensure the visual assets align perfectly with the strategic goals. Post-creation, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing campaign performance, formulating data-driven hypotheses, and proposing actionable improvements to optimize future creative endeavors.
- • This is an opportunity to step into a role with broad responsibilities, significant autonomy, and a direct line of sight to business growth. If you are passionate about leveraging your creative marketing expertise to make a tangible impact on an educational product that empowers children, this is the perfect fit. You will be joining Skelar AS, a venture builder dedicated to constructing international tech businesses and supporting Ukraine's recovery. We foster an environment of self-realization, where individuals can build successful companies, referred to as "the next big everything." Our commitment extends to supporting Ukraine through the SKELAR foundation, funding projects that aid in overcoming the consequences of war and rebuilding the nation. We provide a robust operational infrastructure through our SKELAR Platform teams, a supportive community of experienced founders, professional development opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
