Creative Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a Creative Operations Specialist at ServiceTitan, you will serve as a core partner to the creative team, ensuring brand and creative projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on point by managing workflows, anticipating blockers, and scaling creative operations.
• • Day to day, you will support the Creative Operations Lead in planning and coordinating projects from intake through delivery, build and maintain project plans and timelines, identify gaps in briefs, hold stakeholders accountable, coordinate kickoffs and status check-ins, manage feedback cycles, serve as the central communication hub, build cross-functional relationships, manage tools like Asana and Bynder, and continuously improve processes.
