- • Lead the end-to-end production of high-performing creative assets for wellness apps across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks, ensuring alignment with performance marketing goals.
- • Develop strategic creative concepts grounded in user insights and market trends, translating data-driven findings into compelling ad narratives that drive conversions.
- • Write detailed creative briefs that guide designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce on-brand, performance-optimized content.
- • Analyze campaign performance metrics and creative lift to identify winning formats, iterate on underperforming assets, and optimize future creative output.
- • Conduct ongoing competitor and industry trend analysis within the health and fitness vertical to uncover innovative creative approaches and stay ahead of market shifts.
- • Manage full creative production cycles—from ideation and asset development to final delivery and post-launch evaluation—ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- • Serve as a mentor and coach to junior creatives, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, product, and analytics teams to align creative strategy with broader business KPIs and user acquisition goals.
- • Proactively propose and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance creative efficiency and output quality across the team.
- • Present creative work with clarity and confidence, articulating the strategic rationale behind creative decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- • Maintain autonomy in managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to shifting campaign priorities without supervision.
- • Ensure all creative output reflects a deep understanding of the wellness app audience, emphasizing real-life transformation and emotional resonance.
- • Stay current with platform-specific algorithm changes and content trends on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok to maximize organic and paid reach.
- • Utilize AI-powered tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT to accelerate ideation, asset iteration, and content personalization where applicable.
- • Maintain upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role in performance marketing
- • Proven expertise in creating UGC and storytelling content for Meta, TikTok, and Google ad platforms
- • Demonstrated ability to generate creative concepts that consistently exceed marketing KPIs
- • Strong background in performance marketing driven by analytics and data insights
- • Excellent project and time management skills with ability to operate autonomously
- • Upper-intermediate or advanced English language proficiency
