• • Creative Producer at Nen Creative Ltd serves as a pivotal client-facing partner and project execution leader, bridging sales, creative strategy, and production to transform bold ideas into tangible outcomes for tech startups and investors.
• • This role is central to Nen Creative’s mission of partnering with world-class founders and institutions—including Amazon, Andreessen Horowitz, and Pear VC—to launch brands, products, and stories that drive growth, making the Creative Producer essential to both client success and studio scalability.
• • Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, guiding prospects from initial inquiry through project close by leading discovery conversations to uncover client goals, timelines, budgets, and creative needs.
• • Scope projects with a production-focused lens, balancing creative ambition with feasibility across budget, timing, resourcing, and output, and prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing in collaboration with leadership and internal creative leads.
• • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from project kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, communication, and next steps remain on track while managing expectations and changes with clarity and confidence.
• • Partner closely with the Director of Production and creative team to align on staffing, priorities, and execution, identifying risks, efficiencies, and opportunistic improvements early in the project lifecycle.
• • Build strong, lasting client relationships that foster repeat business and referrals, while maintaining accurate project and pipeline records in Airtable and related systems to support operational transparency.
• • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes across intake, scoping, and project management, helping refine workflows as the studio scales rapidly.
• • Gain direct exposure to both creative and business operations by working closely with Nen Creative’s partners and production leadership, offering a rare opportunity to understand how high-impact creative work is conceived, sold, and executed at a strategic level.
• • Develop advanced judgment in evaluating tradeoffs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats, and outputs—skills critical for leading complex creative projects in fast-moving startup environments.
• • Strengthen client leadership abilities by managing multiple stakeholders across diverse industries, refining communication, negotiation, and project orchestration skills under real-world pressure.
