- • Jellyfish is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our vibrant EMEA team, specifically to drive large-scale organic social retainers for our entertainment accounts. This role transcends traditional project management; it demands a deep understanding of the production lifecycle, from the intricate logistics of creator collaborations to the efficient workflow of social media shoots. You will be the vital engine ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delivery of digital assets across various platforms.
- • As a Creative Project Manager, your core responsibility will be to expertly guide projects from their initial scoping and briefing stages through to final delivery. This involves meticulous planning, accurate estimation, and rigorous timeline management. You will oversee the entire production workflow, ensuring that every piece of content, whether it's a captivating TikTok video, an engaging Instagram Reel, or any other social asset, not only meets the highest quality standards but also adheres strictly to all deadlines. Your proactive approach will be key to anticipating and mitigating potential roadblocks, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves fostering strong client partnerships. You will work in close collaboration with the Client Management team to ensure absolute alignment on expectations and project goals. As a key point of contact, you will lead client status updates, providing clear and concise communication regarding progress, upcoming milestones, and any potential challenges. Your ability to instill confidence in the client regarding the production roadmap and execution will be paramount to building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- • Financial administration is another critical area where you will take ownership. This includes comprehensive budget tracking, managing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and proactively identifying and flagging any commercial risks that could potentially impact project profitability or timelines. Your financial acumen will ensure that projects are delivered not only on time and to spec but also within budget, contributing to the overall commercial success of the agency.
- • Effective resource and talent synchronization is essential for optimal project outcomes. You will partner closely with the Resource Management team to identify and secure the right internal or freelance talent for each project. This involves assessing skill sets, ensuring balanced workloads across the team, and making certain that the most appropriate 'makers' are assigned to the tasks where their expertise will yield the greatest impact. Your role in talent allocation will directly influence the quality and efficiency of our creative output.
- • Specializing in social-first production, you will manage complex multi-platform content workflows. This means ensuring that all deliverables are technically optimized and perfectly tailored for each specific platform, whether they are intended for organic social engagement or paid media campaigns. Your understanding of platform nuances and best practices will be crucial in maximizing content performance and reach.
- • You will act as a process champion, continuously seeking opportunities to implement structured workflows and enhance the efficiency of our production 'machine.' By bringing best-practice ideas to the Integrated Production team, you will contribute to the agency's ongoing commitment to operational excellence and innovation. Your insights will help refine our methodologies and improve overall team productivity.
