  • • The Performance Marketing team at Kraken is responsible for the end-to-end creative and media strategy and execution of user acquisition campaigns globally. We are instrumental in driving Kraken's growth objectives by developing and deploying impactful marketing initiatives across various product lines and regions.
  • • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. This role is crucial for bringing structure, efficiency, and elevated quality to our creative output without hindering our fast-paced operations. You will be a key player in ensuring our marketing efforts are not only well-managed but also creatively compelling and strategically aligned.
  • • As a Creative Project Manager, you will own the tracking and management of all ongoing performance creative and campaign initiatives across multiple product "pods," including Earn, Margin, Futures, Krak, and Equities. This involves meticulously managing timelines for evergreen campaigns, new product launches, promotional activities, seasonal initiatives, and cross-functional growth experiments.
  • • A core responsibility will be to assist in prioritizing creative projects based on launch calendars, growth impact, and strategic objectives. You will ensure a consistent and healthy pipeline of evergreen creative assets, enabling continuous optimization and campaign freshness.
  • • You will act as a vital bridge, fostering seamless collaboration between the Performance Marketing team and key cross-functional stakeholders. This includes Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), pod leads, regional growth leads, and the Brand & Design teams. Your role will be to ensure clear communication, alignment, and efficient workflow between these groups.
  • • You will be responsible for keeping the performance design queue organized and moving efficiently. This involves ensuring that creative briefs are clear, complete, actionable, and well-defined before they enter the design workflow, setting up designers for success and minimizing revisions.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves Design & Creative Quality Assurance (QA). You will serve as a critical sounding board for performance creatives, providing insightful feedback to sharpen and elevate the creative output. Before launch, you will meticulously QA all assets, flagging potential issues related to messaging clarity, visual hierarchy, and overall performance-readiness, including hook strength, thumbstop quality, and adherence to format best practices.
  • • Your input will be invaluable in refining creative concepts and ensuring they meet the high standards expected for performance marketing campaigns. Ideally, you will bring a blend of performance marketing acumen and a strong design sensibility to this role.
  • • Strategically, you will be tasked with identifying bottlenecks and process gaps within our creative and campaign workflows. Your insights will help standardize briefing and launch processes, improving overall visibility across all initiatives and campaign statuses.
  • • You will play a key role in balancing the demands of short-term, urgent launches with the long-term strategic goal of scaling our creative capabilities and output. This requires a forward-thinking approach to process improvement and resource allocation.
  • • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
