📋 Description

• Build and scale scalable community and ambassador programs to grow the creator ecosystem beyond direct outreach, creating repeatable frameworks for sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders, becoming a trusted and recognized presence within key creative and AI-driven communities.
• Host and lead creator workshops for brands, marketing teams, agencies, and independent creators using ElevenLabs’ creative suite — including voice, music, image, and video tools — across 70+ languages.
• Use data and community insights to track program performance, identify high-resonance activities, and scale successful initiatives; establish regular reporting cadences and directly feed community feedback into product and growth teams.
• Represent ElevenLabs at in-person creative meetups, AI conferences, industry events, and community gatherings across the United States, planning and executing owned events from intimate creator dinners to larger-scale community meetups.
• Define and evolve the ideal creator profile (ICP) by analyzing which types of creators derive the most value from ElevenLabs tools and convert into long-term users.
• Serve as the primary internal advocate for the creator community, representing their needs, feedback, and trends in product roadmap discussions, launch strategies, and company planning.
• Travel up to 50% of the time across the United States to attend events, conduct workshops, and execute community activations.
• Operate with high agency and self-direction, owning your calendar, relationships, and outcomes without requiring oversight or structured task delegation.
• Take ideas from concept to execution — identifying opportunities, building detailed plans, running initiatives, and ensuring measurable impact and delivery.
• Leverage hands-on experience with AI creative tools like ElevenLabs or comparable platforms in your own creative work, using practical familiarity to authentically engage and educate the community.
• Track and analyze community metrics to prioritize time and resources, using data to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI of community initiatives.
• Maintain a deep, active understanding of the creative and AI creator landscape — including key platforms, events, influencers, and ongoing conversations — to effectively engage and grow the ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Already embedded in creative and AI creative communities with established knowledge of key people, platforms, events, and conversations.
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tooling (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar platforms) in personal or professional work, with a portfolio to demonstrate usage.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, speak on panels, or demo tools live without a script, commanding attention and facilitating engagement in front of diverse audiences.
• Data-fluent: experience tracking community metrics, interpreting insights, and using data to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
• High agency and self-directed: ability to own your calendar, relationships, and outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to execution, including planning, running, and delivering impactful community programs.
