  • • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of creator and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement for OnePay’s consumer fintech platform.
  • • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to align with marketing goals and audience targeting.
  • • Develop and implement data-driven influencer campaigns that are integrated with broader marketing initiatives and designed to generate measurable business outcomes including reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including compensation, deliverables, timelines, and compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  • • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across creators and platforms to maximize ROI.
  • • Collaborate directly with creators to co-develop authentic, platform-native content that resonates with target demographics and reflects OnePay’s brand voice.
  • • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using engagement metrics, reach data, and conversion insights to optimize ongoing and future partnerships.
  • • Manage relationships with third-party influencer agencies, ensuring alignment on objectives, reporting, and delivery timelines.
  • • Stay current with evolving creator ecosystem trends, platform algorithms, and content formats to maintain a competitive edge in short-form and long-form video strategies.
  • • Leverage AI tools in daily workflows to streamline outreach, content analysis, performance tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • • Act as a proactive builder and executor within a fast-paced environment, operating with urgency and minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure influencer campaigns reflect product launches, financial messaging, and compliance standards.
  • • Drive innovation in influencer tactics by testing new platforms, content styles, and collaboration models to expand OnePay’s reach among frontline workers and underbanked audiences.
  • • Maintain a clear, organized pipeline of creator prospects, active campaigns, and past performance data to inform long-term partnership strategy.
  • • Represent OnePay’s mission-driven culture through authentic, values-aligned creator collaborations that build trust and credibility with users.
  • • Ensure all influencer partnerships adhere to FTC guidelines and platform-specific disclosure requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing within a consumer or tech-driven environment
  • • Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platform trends, and performance drivers in short and long-form content
  • • Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships end-to-end
  • • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action
  • • AI fluency in daily workflows
